Terms for using ABDflow.
These terms cover abdflow.com and the public product pages on it. They are the terms of ABDflow.com, registered in Ernakulam, Kerala, India. A paid project is governed by the written agreement for that project.
Effective 23 September 2026. Please read these terms with the privacy notice and the registration page.
The agreement
By using abdflow.com you agree to these terms. The business offering the site is ABDflow.com, a proprietary micro enterprise registered in Ernakulam, Kerala, India (Udyam UDYAM-KL-02-0157413).
ABDflow builds software for businesses that operate in India, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and elsewhere. Mentions of the UAE or the UK on the website describe customers, workflows and service reach. They do not mean that a separate ABDflow company is established in those countries. Unless a written contract names a different party, you are dealing with ABDflow.com in Kerala.
Using the site
- Use the site lawfully, and do not attempt to break, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or interfere with other people’s use.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material through forms or accounts.
- Keep any sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it is compromised.
- We may suspend access that threatens the site, other users, or the law.
Demos, previews and product descriptions
Pages, screens and sample data show what a product can do. They are not a promise that every feature, integration or timeline is available for your business until that scope is written down and agreed. A demo or preview is an illustration. It is not itself a contract to build software.
Customer work
Software builds, retainers, licences and support start only when both sides agree in writing, including by an accepted proposal or order. That agreement sets fees, scope, acceptance, data responsibilities and termination. If these website terms and that agreement conflict, the agreement wins for that project.
You keep ownership of the business information you provide. You give ABDflow.com permission to use it to perform the agreed work. ABDflow.com keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, frameworks and product software, and grants the licence described in the project agreement.
Intellectual property
The site, its text, design, product names and software are owned by ABDflow.com or its licensors. You may not copy them for a competing product or remove proprietary notices. You may share a public link to a page. Product names of other companies remain theirs.
AI features
Where a product includes MAK.U or another assistive feature, the output is a draft for a person to review. You are responsible for checking it before you rely on it for a customer, a filing, a payment or a legal step. Do not submit confidential information into a public demo that is not covered by a project agreement.
No professional advice
Articles and product pages may discuss operations in India, the UAE or the UK, including topics such as visas, VAT, corporate processes or payroll. That material is general information about software workflows. It is not legal, tax, immigration, medical or accounting advice, and it is not a filing or a licence from any government. Confirm those questions with a qualified adviser in the relevant country.
Liability
The public website is provided as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent Indian law allows, ABDflow.com is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of the public website, and its total liability for a claim that relates only to the public website is limited to the amount you paid ABDflow.com for that website in the three months before the claim, or INR 10,000 if you paid nothing.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that Indian law does not allow to be limited, including liability for fraud. Rights you have as a consumer in your country, where those rights cannot legally be waived, remain in place.
Law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ernakulam, Kerala have jurisdiction, without removing any right you have to bring a claim in your local courts where the law of your country requires that option to stay open.
Please write to support@abdflow.com before starting a formal claim so we can try to resolve it.
