Who we are

ABDflow.com designs and builds custom business software. The business is registered in India as a proprietary micro enterprise, with its registration recorded at Ernakulam, Kerala (Kochi). Udyam registration UDYAM-KL-02-0157413. Public questions about this notice go to support@abdflow.com.

ABDflow serves customers who operate in India, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and other countries. Those references describe where customers and their software may be. They do not name a separate ABDflow company in those places. Unless a written contract names another party, ABDflow.com in Kerala is the business responsible for this website and for personal information collected through it.

What we collect

Identity and contact details you send us: name, email, phone, company, role, and the message in a form, demo request or email.
Account details if you create a sign-in on an ABDflow site.
Project information you choose to share while discussing software, including files you upload.
Technical data from the sites: pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and a visitor or session identifier used to understand how the site is used.
Cookie and similar-storage choices, including whether you accepted analytics or advertising storage.
Payment details only when a paid engagement exists, and then through the payment provider rather than stored in full on this website.

Why we use it

To answer enquiries, run demos, and deliver software or support you have asked for.
To operate, secure and improve abdflow.com and related product sites.
To understand which pages and products are used, including the first-party analytics described on the cookie page.
To send service messages. Marketing messages are sent only where we have a proper basis, and you can opt out.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties that apply to the India business.

In India, use is framed under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including consent and the permitted legitimate uses of that Act. If you are in the United Kingdom, UK data protection law can also apply to you personally, including where we rely on a contract, legitimate interests in running and securing the site, or consent for non-essential cookies. If you are in the UAE, we handle requests about your personal information through the same India business and the contact below.

Cookies and analytics

Essential storage keeps the site working, for example sign-in and security. Analytics storage, including ABDflow’s own page measurement, is used to see which pages are visited and how the site performs. It is not sold. Advertising storage is used only where an advertising service is actually switched on for that page, and only in line with your choice. Details and controls are on the cookie page.

Advertising

Some public pages may use Google advertising services, including AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and to measure them, subject to your consent choices and Google’s own settings. ABDflow does not sell personal information. Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who host the sites, store data, send email, process payments, or measure and advertise the sites. They may only use it for those services. We also share information when the law requires it, or when you ask us to share it with someone else, such as a colleague on your project.

Current infrastructure used for the public sites includes Vercel for hosting and Supabase for application data. The exact providers for a paid project are confirmed in that project’s agreement.

Where information is handled

ABDflow.com handles personal information from Kerala, India. Hosting and database providers may process it in India and in other countries where those providers operate, including the United States. If you contact us from the UAE, the UK or anywhere else, your information is still handled by this India business unless a written contract says otherwise.

Where UK data protection law requires a transfer safeguard, we use an appropriate safeguard available to us, such as the provider’s standard contractual clauses, or we rely on a transfer that the law itself permits. You can ask us which arrangement applies to a particular service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and project records are kept for as long as the conversation or contract is active, and then for the period needed for accounting, tax and dispute records under Indian law. Analytics and server logs are kept for a shorter operational period and then deleted or reduced so they no longer identify you. You can ask us to delete enquiry information that we no longer need to keep.

Security

We use access controls, encrypted connections and provider security features that are reasonable for a software business of this size. No website can promise that unauthorised access will never happen. If we become aware of a breach that is likely to affect you, we will tell you and, where the law requires it, the relevant authority.

Your requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Email support@abdflow.com with the address you used and what you want us to do. We may need to confirm it is you.

India: you may use the rights in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including correction, erasure and grievance redressal through the contact above.
United Kingdom: you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
United Arab Emirates: you may ask us for access or correction of your personal information. We will handle that request at ABDflow.com in India.

Children

abdflow.com is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, email support@abdflow.com and we will delete it.
