This page describes how ABDflow.com approaches security and customer obligations. It is not a certificate, an audit report, or a licence from a government in India, the UAE or the UK.
Effective 23 September 2026. Formal commitments for a project are only those written into that project’s agreement. See also security and registration.
The business
ABDflow.com is registered in Ernakulam, Kerala, India as a proprietary micro enterprise for software publishing. That registration is the legal identity behind the website. Customer contracts are with this business unless a written agreement names another party.
Security practice
Production sites use encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it, and infrastructure providers with their own security programmes. We do not currently publish an ISO certificate or a SOC report. If a customer needs a specific control, it is scoped in the project rather than assumed from this page.
Customer data
Personal information on the public website is described in the privacy notice. Information a customer puts into a delivered system is handled under that customer’s agreement, including who may access it and how long it is kept. ABDflow.com does not use a customer’s production records to train a public model.
Work for UAE and UK businesses
ABDflow configures software around the way a customer operates, including businesses in the UAE and the UK. The customer remains responsible for its own local licences, tax filings, employment rules and sector permissions. ABDflow.com does not act as a local licensee, a government filing agent, or a law firm in those countries. Where a workflow depends on a local rule, the customer confirms that rule with its own adviser before go-live.
AI
Assistive features can draft, summarise or suggest. A person at the customer decides whether to use the output. AI output is not a regulatory approval.
